General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made by YULY FOOD, a simplified joint-stock company with a sole shareholder (SASU) with a capital of €10,000, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 978 450 146, with its registered office located at 166 Rue du Président Wilson, 92300 Levallois-Perret, VAT number FR82978450146.
Any order implies the unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. Target Customers
The products offered on the site are intended exclusively for professionals: wholesalers, grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants, caterers, and specialized shops.
YULY FOOD reserves the right to request any supporting documentation to verify the customer's professional status.
3. Products
Products marketed by YULY FOOD are presented with the greatest care.
The photographs, descriptions, and features appearing on the site are provided for information purposes only and are not contractual.
YULY FOOD reserves the right to modify its catalog at any time.
4. Orders
Any order is subject to validation by YULY FOOD.
The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:
- incomplete or incorrect information;
- product unavailability;
- a prior dispute with the customer;
- or any other legitimate reason.
The order is only considered final after validation by YULY FOOD.
5. Pricing
Prices are indicated in euros excluding tax (excl. VAT).
VAT is applied according to current French regulations.
YULY FOOD reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
6. Order Conditions
The minimum order amount is set at:
- €700 excl. VAT for Paris and the Paris region;
- €1,500 excl. VAT for deliveries in other French regions.
These amounts also correspond to the free shipping threshold.
7. Payment Terms
Payments are accepted via:
- Bank transfer;
- Check.
The payment deadline is set at 30 days, unless otherwise agreed upon between the parties.
Any late payment may result in the application of penalties as provided for by current regulations.
8. Delivery
Deliveries are made throughout the French territory.
Delivery times are communicated for information purposes and may vary depending on product availability, logistical constraints, or transport.
YULY FOOD cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or a case of force majeure.
9. Receipt of Goods
The customer is required to check the condition of the goods upon receipt.
Any reservation or anomaly must be noted on the delivery note and reported to YULY FOOD as soon as possible, in accordance with applicable regulations.
10. Liability
YULY FOOD cannot be held liable for damages resulting from:
- improper use of products;
- inadequate storage;
- improper preservation after delivery.
The liability of YULY FOOD is limited to the replacement or refund of products recognized as defective, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
11. Personal Data Protection
Information collected during orders is used solely within the scope of the business relationship between YULY FOOD and its customers.
Personal data is processed in accordance with current regulations.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before initiating any legal proceedings.
Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute shall be under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
